Questions
When will my shipments arrive?
We time our quarterly club shipments to arrive a little before holidays like Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, the end of summer, and Thanksgiving. Our yearly shipment should arrive around Thanksgiving.
How much is each shipment?
All of our club shipments are fully customizable, so you decide the final cost depending on your customized order. The quarterly shipments require a 4 bottle minimum and the yearly shipments require a 12 bottle minimum. All regular quarterly or yearly club shipments are always 20% off of our current retail price and include shipping. You are also welcome to add as many bottles to your club order as you like: there is no maximum (as long as inventory is available). Our system will charge the credit card you have on file on the day of each shipment.

Is there a cost to join?
There is no cost to join any of our current wine clubs and you may cancel your membership at anytime.
How much is shipping?
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership at anytime. Please email us at info@rescuedogwines.com to ensure that your account is paused or canceled. Please note that if you only remove your credit card information, our system will still send you emails.
How do I change my card on file?
You can change your credit card information at checkout after you log in or when you log in at vinoshipper.com with your account credentials.
