Delivery Issues

All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) with valid ID. Won’t be home? No problem—simply select a nearby UPS Access Point at checkout for convenient pickup on your schedule. Please note: If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery, we can only refund the cost of the wine—shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order has already shipped, you will be charged a UPS Rerouting Fee of $20 per package to change the destination.
